4 ways How to get rid of foot odor

  1. Tea. Soak your foot for 10 minute in warm water with 2 tea bags every night for 7 days. The tanic acid in tea aid to prevent sweat secretion and causing foot odor. Do it again if Foot odor return. When foot odor is control, soak your feet once a week to control the Foot odor.
  2. Zinc. One of causing of foot odor is lacking Zinc. To cure this taking 50 mg of Zinc once a day, at least two weeks. Foot odor will cure if you are Zinc deficiency.
  3. Apple Cider. Soak your feet with natural apple cider two or three time a week. When finish clean and dry your feet normally.
  4. Jell O. Jell O can use to soak your feet for foot odor problem. Mix Jell O Lemon or Lime in hot water. Wait for cool or adding cold water for optimum temperature about 60 Celsius degree. Soak your feet until Jell o begin to setting gelly. Then wash your feet with warm water and soapy water and rinse off. Dry your feet.
